The word 'momentum' is very significant in the arena of sports or politics or business or even military conflict. You probably know what it looks and feels like to be part of a 'momentum swing', don't you? It occurs when something happens to change the momentum of a movement from one direction to another.  In business a momentum swing can be great news if it's an upturn in business or terrible news when a downturn happens. In sports it can happen with a 'time out' or substitution of players or a goal or a homerun or a touchdown. But what does it look like when there is 'spiritual momentum'? Have you ever been part of a 'great awakening' or a 'revival' or something that has caused a dramatic 'spiritual momentum swing' in your part of the world?
