Have you ever had the experience of meeting someone for the first time who knew a great deal about you and had obviously been anxiously awaiting the opportunity to meet you, but for you it was a total surprise, and you knew nothing about them? That is where I left you yesterday, standing in the great Temple in Jerusalem about 5bc. Joseph and Mary had brought infant Jesus, only 41 days since His birth, for the purpose of consecrating Him to the Lord, as prescribed by the ancient laws given by God in the days of Moses!
