Wow, August already, and for some of you that means school begins soon! For others of you there are still a full 30 days or more of summer. Where I live, we've been experiencing some very high temperatures and as I mentioned yesterday, my wife and I live near a huge housing development under construction.  Oh my, those hard-working men and women out in this hot sun! I'm sure they've learned how important frequent breaks, lots of water, and shade from the brutal sun, are vital to not succumbing to heat stroke. But today, let's look more deeply at how to avoid spiritual heat stroke as you and I live our lives in an increasingly challenging world.
